In addition to having an article published in an academic journal this year, I have completed two reports for clients that are described and linked below. One is a complete report and the other is an excerpt. These samples show my agility in writing academically, flexibly, and technically.

SAMPLE 1: MICROECONOMIC ANALYSIS
This analysis of peak-load pricing policies in central business districts was published in May 2021 in the Hatfield Graduate Journal of Public Affairs. It includes examples from around the world and concludes with recommendations for Portland, Oregon, to implement a peak-load pricing policy in its central business district.
SAMPLE 2: I∙SCHOOL TEMPLATE AND POLICY MODEL
This document is the result of my summative policy project for the MPP program. I created a template to replicate the I∙School model for a client wanting to put together an entrepreneurial package to develop Zoom Towns. The document itself is flexible and can be adapted to a variety of circumstances, including starting a non-profit aimed at providing supplemental education services or developing an educational co-op for homeschooled children.
SAMPLE 3: EXCERPT FROM A COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT
As part of my work with Pacific Research and Evaluation, LLC, I compiled a detailed literature review and drafted a community needs assessment for an early learning service provider in Washington and Oregon. The attached document is an excerpt from the final needs assessment that was revised and added to by my supervisors. In this position, I wrote the first draft and participated in the revision process for the document. The final document has not yet been published in full, so this excerpt uses only publicly available data and obscure's the name of the client in order to protect the privacy of the organization.
